I work for USD via PayPal only. Invoices must be paid before work begins.

Refunds are only available if work has not begun.

Payment is due within 24 hours of invoice delivery.

Failed transactions (i.e. stopped payments, chargebacks, or failure to pay an invoice) will blacklist a client from future transactions.

Commissions will be delivered in in PNG format at full size. Other sizes can be requested.

You are responsible for saving commission deliverables.

All major edits must be completed in the sketch stage of the commission. Minor color edits can be made after the commission is complete and offered for review.

After a commission's final delivery, all edits will be billed at full hourly rate of $25/hr.

Characters must have a clear reference image. Characters with written references/descriptions will be considered design commissions.

Clients are welcome to request updates on their commission at any time!!!!!

As an artist, I retain the rights to the image itself, and can publicly use and post my work without restriction. I may choose to refuse and/or refund a commission for any reason, at any time.

As a client, you may display your commission anywhere you like, but may not edit my work or remove my watermark. You must credit me for my work, and not claim it as your own. You may not resell my art or use it for commercial purposes, merchandise, etc, unless licensing is discussed beforehand.

Adoptables can be purchased USD via PayPal only.

Adoptable sales are final.

Designs can be changed or have their species changed, as long as my art is not edited.

Designs can be sold, gifted, traded, etc. as the owner wishes, if they were legitimately obtained. This does not apply to free designs acquired in giveaways, which can only be transferred according to the rules of the specific giveaway.

Designs can be resold for any price.

Designs can be sold even if obtained via trade.

I will not enforce any resale terms on designs other than those set by me as a creator (i.e. "buyback" agreements from previous owners).

I Won't Draw: Any material that promotes discrimination or exploitation, or any material that violates US law. I will neither create nor draw designs appropriating the symbols of real cultures/religions. I will not create character designs based on copyrighted works (i.e. custom designs based on Marvel characters). I will not create art that in any way suggests or endorses pedophilia, rape, bestiality, grooming, etc.

I Will Draw: Most anything else, including animals, people, mechs, anthros, etc.

If you'd like to commission art that would require a "Mature" filter on DA (for gore, explicit content, etc), be aware that your commission will not be posted in my all-ages art channels. Rates for NSFW art may differ from my typical price list. If you are interested in a NSFW commission, contact me via email.
